Back in 1957, the late James Sanders Sr. opened James Sanders Nursery on Schneidman Road in Paducah.

Today, James Sanders Nursery and James Sanders Implement are still family-owned and operated. Larry Sanders, son of the late James Sanders Sr., is retired. Larry's wife, Carol, and daughter, Crystal, manage the day to day operations of the nursery and can be found behind the nursery’s counter helping customers.

Eddie Sanders, nephew of Larry Sanders, is Vice-President of James Sanders Nursery and manages landscape contracting. Another nephew, Chris Thompson, is Vice-President and manager of James Sanders Implement.

Known as “The Garden Spot of Western Kentucky”, JSN is the area’s leading full-service nursery and provider of landscaping services.

In 1975 James Sanders Implement opened at the nursery on Schneidman Road.

James Sanders Implement is a full service consumer and commercial John Deere outdoor power equipment dealer. Featuring John Deere lawn and garden tractors, commercial mowers, tractors, and attachments. They also carry equipment by Mahindra, Stihl and Woods.
